NICKEL, COPPER, PLATINUM: Noront, Wyloo closing gets closer
The deal to sell Noront Resources to Wyloo Metals is expected to close on 7 April, at which time Noront will become a private firm and will no longer trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange Venture Exchange. The deal must still be approved by an Ontario court and stock exchange officials, Kallanish reports.
