NICKEL, COPPER, PLATINUM: Noront, Wyloo amend agreement
Noront Resources and Wyloo Metals have agreed to amend certain provisions of the previously announced binding arrangement agreement from last December, before a 15 March special meeting of Noront shareholders, Kallanish reports.
The changes were drafted after discussions with and review by applicable regulators, the companies say in announcing the new amending agreement.
