Mincor Resources raises funds for nickel exploration
Australian miner Mincor Resources is seeking to raise AUD 60 million ($40.58m) capital for mining activities including nickel exploration.
The offer comprises a fully underwritten placement to certain eligible institutional, sophisticated, and professional investors to raise AUD 55m and a non-underwritten share purchase plan (SPP) targeting an additional AUD 5m.
