Mincor Resources urges shareholders to accept Wyloo's takeover offer
Australian nickel producer Mincor Resources has recommended its shareholders accept the AUD 760 million ($515m) takeover offer from its major shareholder Wyloo Metals, in the absence of a superior proposal, Kallanish notes.
"The offer has been presented, and needs to be considered, at a point in time when there is a lack of certainty," Mincor Resources chairman Brett Lamber says in a letter to Mincor Resources shareholders.
