LITHIUM: United Lithium completes purchase of Finland lithium project
United Lithium says it has completed its acquisition of 83.6% of a Finnish company and its Kietyonmaki lithium project in Finland, Kallanish reports.
The deal with Sunstone Metals Ltd, Scandian Metal Pty, Scandian Metals AB and Litiumloydos Oy involves the purchase of 83.6% of the issued and outstanding share capital of Litiumloydos which held a 100% interest in and to the mining licenses of the Finland project.
