European imports of Russian copper surge in September, down on-year
EU imports of Russian refined copper in September more than doubled month-on-month, but were 60% lower than in September last year, Kallanish learns.
According to data from Eurostat, imports rose 113% m-o-m to 7,050 tonnes. The bulk of the Russian refined copper volumes was sent to the Netherlands, Italy and Spain.
