Bulgarian new BEV sales more than double in October
The uptake of battery electric vehicles (BEVs) in Bulgaria continued to lift new car registrations in January-October, Kallanish reports.
Data from the European Automobile Manufacturers’ Association (ACEA) show a total of 1,423 new BEVs were sold in the country in the first ten months of the year, up by 128.4% on-year. In October alone, 111 registrations were reported, representing an annual increase of 29% and a 5% market share.
