Volkswagen’s BEV orders more than double in Q1 2024
Volkswagen Group said Tuesday the order intake for its fully electric vehicles (BEVs) more than doubled in the first quarter of 2024 compared to the same period last year.
The German carmaker said its order bank in Western Europe had 160,000 BEVs in the first three months of the year. Overall, the region’s order bank remained stable at 1.1 million vehicles.
