bp joins BMW Group, Daimler Mobility in charging JV
BMW Group and Daimler Mobility have officially welcomed bp as the third partner in the German-based Digital Charging Solutions (DCS) with the successful completion of the transaction last week.
bp acquired a 33.3% in the EV charging technology company for an undisclosed amount. DCS’ charging infrastructure currently covers over 85% in 29 European countries. It operates around 300,000 charging points, Kallanish notes.
