Polymer development has no steel procurement impact: ZTZ
Russia's Zagorsk Pipe Plant (ZTZ) has signed a strategic partnership agreement with domestic petrochemical company SIBUR. This entails the development of new pipeline solutions using polymer materials. However, ZTZ tells Kallanish the move is unlikely to impact its steel procurement volumes.
