ZTZ gets VTB financing for new pipe plant
Zagorsk Pipe Plant has signed a RUB 35 billion ($540 million) strategic partnership agreement with Russia’s Vneshtorgbank (VTB) for the construction of a new seamless pipe plant, the company says.
