Worthington buys brazing company for $2.8m
US service centre chain and fabricator Worthington Industries has acquired Mt. Orab, Ohio, brazing firm NetBraze LLC for $2.8 million, Kallanish learns from a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
The Columbus, Ohio, based company says in an accompanying statement that NetBraze’s presence in the plumbing, HVAC, industrial gas and original equipment manufacturing markets opens up new possibilities for its distribution wing.
