Widgie Nickel boosts Gillett resources
Australian miner Widgie Nickel has seen substantial increase in resources at its Gillett nickel deposit located south of Widgiemooltha in Western Australia, Kallanish notes.
Widgie Nickel says in a statement that the total resource for Gillett now stands at 3.14 million tonnes at 1.30% nickel for 40,770 nickel tonnes. This is a substantial 75% increase in total contained nickel versus the 2023 mineral resource estimate (MRE).
