Walsin Lihwa, Yusco hike August stainless steel offers
Taiwan’s leading stainless steel manufacturers Walsin Lihwa and Yieh United Steel corporation (Yusco) have raised their list stainless steel prices for August, Kallanish notes.
Walsin Lihwa added TWD 2,000/tonne ($63.6/t) on both their offer for 300 series products and the surcharge for 316 products. Meanwhile, Yusco’s 304 and 316L products saw a price hike of TWD 1,500/t and TWD 1,000/t respectively.
