VSA lobbies for scrap imports
The Vietnam Steel Association (VSA) has written to the Ministry of Natural Resources and the Environment arguing for a waiver on a ban on waste imports. The ban has been disrupting scrap shipments arriving at Vietnamese ports, Kallanish notes.
