Vietnamese steel demand growth still sizzles
Vietnamese steel demand grew 20.5% year-on-year over the first nine months of 2017, according to the Vietnam Steel Association (VSA). Import volumes meanwhile have slumped and domestic production has surged, Kallanish notes.
