Vietnamese bulk scrap prices lift further
Bulk scrap continues to spiral upwards in Vietnam, Kallanish notes.
A Vietnamese induction furnace mill operator ordered a bulk composite cargo of US-origin ferrous scrap at $570/tonne cfr for HMS 1/2 80:20 basis, $575/t cfr for shredded grade and $620/t cfr for Busheling. The cargo, ordered on 18 February, will be dispatched at the latest for April shipment.
