Vietnam halts funding to Chinese joint venture steelworks
Vietnam's Lao Cai Cast Iron & Steel Plant, has been included in a list of 12 projects suffering significant losses published by Vietnam’s Ministry of Industry and Trade (MolT). The company is a joint venture between Vietnam Steel Corporation and China’s Kunming Iron and Steel Group (Kungang).
