Venture Minerals sells Riley mine to Gold Valley
Australian miner Venture Minerals has entered into a share purchase and sale agreement with Goldvalley Brown Stone (Gold Valley) for the sale of Venture's wholly owned subsidiary, Venture Iron (Venture Iron), the holder of the Riley iron ore mine located in Tasmania, Kallanish notes.
Venture says in a statement that upon completion, the company will transfer 100% of the shares in Venture Iron to Gold Valley in consideration for AUD 3 million ($1.99m).
