Valin seeks high-end automotive steel capacity expansion
The listed Hunan Valin Steel plans to carry out the second-phase development of Valin ArcelorMittal Automotive Steel Co. (VAMA), a subsidiary jointly established by Valin Steel and ArcelorMittal, Kallanish notes from a Hunan stock exchange filing.
