Valin Liangang breaks ground on silicon steel project
At a groundbreaking ceremony hosted by the municipal government on Wednesday, Hunan-based Valin Lianyuan Iron & Steel (Liangang) began the official construction of its silicon steel project in Loudi, Kallanish notes.
