US rigs fall by 35, Canada down 3
Both the US and Canadian rig counts fell again in the week ended 15 May, Kallanish learns from energy services company Baker Hughes.
The US rig count fell by 35 net rigs to 339, down 648 from last year’s equivalent weekly count.
Rigs geared for oil production fell by 34, while rigs geared for natural gas production fell by one.
