US rigs fall by 2, Canada up 10
The US rig count declined by two in the week ended 24 July, while the Canadian count increased by 10, Kallanish learns from energy services company Baker Hughes.
The US count now stands at 251, down 695 from last year’s equivalent weekly count.
Rigs geared for oil production increased by one, while rigs geared for natural gas production fell by three.
