US rigs fall by 1, Canada down 4
Both the US and Canadian rig counts witnessed decreases in the week ended 28 February, Kallanish learns from energy services company Baker Hughes.
The US rig count fell by one net rig to 790, down 248 from the equivalent weekly count in 2019.
The one lost rig was geared for oil production. The US experienced no change in rigs geared for natural gas production.
