US rigs drop, Canada up sharply
The US rig count fell by double-digits in the week ended 10 January, while the Canadian rig count experienced a major rebound, Kallanish learns from energy services company Baker Hughes.
The US rig count fell by 15 net rigs to 781, down 294 from the equivalent count last year.
