US OCTG prices inch back up
OCTG prices in the US have crept up to $3,500-$3,800/short ton from last week’s $3,250-$3,550/st, reports Kallanish.
The representative product is P110, 5.5-inch diameter casing. All prices are ex-works, domestic mill.
Last week’s price was a dip from the four weeks in June when the price held at $3,300-$3,630/st. Limited supply has been blamed for holding the prices high in 2022.
The week of 14 July, 2021, P110 ranged from $2,300-$2,400/st.
