US ITC finds injury in propane tank case
The US International Trade Commission has found evidence of domestic injury by imports of steel propane cylinders from China and Thailand, Kallanish reports.
The finding allows the US Department of Commerce to continue its anti-dumping and countervailing duty investigation. Preliminary anti-dumping duty results are slated for 29 October, and preliminary countervailing duty results are expected by 15 August.
