US duties on Indian stainless pipe will continue
Antidumping and countervailing duties on US imports of stainless steel pressure pipe from India will remain in place for another five years.
The US International Trade Commission made an affirmative injury determination in the five-year sunset reviews of the duties. The agency found that removing the duties would likely lead to the continuation of injury to the domestic industry.
