US continues AD, CV duties on stainless flanges
The US Department of Commerce is continuing anti-dumping (AD) and countervailing (CV) duty orders on imports of stainless steel flanges from both India and China, Kallanish learns. The decision follows a determination by the International Trade Commission finding that revoking these duty orders would likely lead to continued injury against the domestic US steel industry.
