The US Department of Commerce is rescinding its review of antidumping orders on cut-to-length plate from Germany, Kallanish learns from monitoring the Federal Register.
The orders cover the review period from 1 May, 2021, to 30 April, 2022. Cleveland-Cliffs, Nucor Steel, and SSAB collectively petitioned Commerce to conduct the reviews on 14 July, 2022.
