US Commerce determines POSCO countervailing rate
The US Department of Commerce has determined Korean plate producer POSCO received de minimis countervailing subsidies during the period of review, from 1 January, 2020, through 31 December, 2020, Kallanish learns from monitoring daily updates on the Federal Register.
The subsidy rate for POSCO is calculated at 0.33%, or de minimus.
Commerce will disclose the final results of the review by 11 December.
