Ukraine’s 2021 semis exports drop, pig iron grows
Ukrainian exports of semi-finished products decreased in December, according to customs data monitored by Kallanish.
The country exported 569,700 tonnes of semis, down 1.4% on-year. Revenue generated by these shipments however increased 43.8% to $345.4 million.
In 2021, Ukraine exported 6.8 million tonnes of semis, less by 9.5% on-year, but revenue increased by 48.8% to $4.1 billion.
