UAZ increases car production, eyes better results
Russia’s Ulyanovsk Automobile Plant (UAZ), part of Sollers Group, increased production of vehicles in January-February, says the press service of the Ulyanovsk region government.
Output reached 5,200 units, up by 65.8% on-year, Kallanish notes.
The company plans to increase vehicle production and implement new projects.
In the next two years, Sollers plans to invest more than RUB 5.5 billion ($59 million) in the development of UAZ.
