UAE mills issue December rebar prices, Hamriyah out
In United Arab Emirates, other mills have maintained domestic rebar quotes for December rolling, following the benchmark mill's price announcement for December deliveries at AED 2,260/tonne ($615) ex-mill, unchanged from November.
Re-roller Hamriyah, which has zero rebar stocks and has seen the import of 40,000 tonnes of billet delayed from October to the first week of December, will be out of the rebar market in December, Kallanish learns.
