Two Chinese steelmakers avoid winter restrictions
Northern China's Hegang Handan Iron & Steel (Hangang) and southern China's Zenith Steel have announced they have met China's new ultra-low emission standards. This implies the two steelmakers will escape production restrictions during the winter heating season from October 2018 to March 2019 and some other provincial restrictions, Kallanish notes.
