Turkish steelmakers condemn Trump tariff statement, vow response
The Turkish Steel Producers’ Association (TCUD) tells Kallanish it condemns US President Donald Trump’s latest threat to double Section 232 tariffs on Turkish steel back to 50%, and is calling for retaliatory measures. Trump said he would do so in response to Turkey’s military actions in Syria.
