Turkish scrap struggles to hold amid weak steel

Only a few Turkish mills have changed their domestic scrap buying prices in the last two weeks amid the Eid holiday lull, Kallanish notes. One mill, which is more dependent on domestic scrap, has increased its buying price this week, while a southern Turkish mill decreased its bid price.
