Turkish scrap prices strengthen before holiday

Scrap prices in Turkey have strengthened on the latest deals concluded before the Feast of Sacrifice holiday, which will run through 19 June, Kallanish notes. Two deals were heard after business close on Thursday. A Marmara mill bought US-origin HMS 1&2 80:20 at $386/tonne and bonus grade at $406/t cfr Turkey.
