Turkish scrap continues to rise on limited supply
Scrap prices in Turkey continued to rise on Tuesday due to the limited number of offers from suppliers.
Amid demand for scrap in Turkey, most suppliers are seen holding back material in order to sell at higher prices. The latest bookings were confirmed towards the end of last week at $380/tonne cfr Turkey from the US and $375/t cfr from the Baltic for HMS 1&2 80:20.
