Turkish scrap market activity fails to spark

Activity in Turkey’s imported scrap market remained slow last week as Turkish mills struggled to sell rebar and were forced to decrease their rebar prices, Kallanish notes. While confirmed scrap deals remained limited, many rumours circulated the market.
