Turkish rebar suffers from weak demand, currency issues

Turkish rebar producers are yet to see a recovery in export demand despite lower prices this week. On the other hand, currency issues are prevailing in the domestic market, Kallanish notes. On Thursday, official export offers for rebar stood mostly at $700-710/tonne fob Turkey actual weight, down from $710-720/t a week earlier.
