Turkish pipe offers continue slide amid bearish sentiment
Turkish welded pipe producers have further decreased their export quotes this week amid bearish sentiment and lower raw material costs.
Current offers for electric resistance welded (ERW) pipe made from S235 grade hot rolled coil stand mostly at $860-880/tonne fob Turkey theoretical weight, down from $880-910/t last week. However, prices above and below this range are also available from some producers, depending on their production cost and utilisation level.
