Turkish November slab arrivals rise, Europe ships also
Arrivals of merchant slab into Turkey continued to increase in November for the third month in a row, propping up on-year increases further, Kallanish observes.
November arrivals totalled 240,104 tonnes, up 11.6% on-month and over four times up on-year, as January-November arrivals of 2.11 milion tonnes rose 55.2% on-year, data published by the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK) demonstrates.
