Turkish merchant bar quotes soften despite higher inputs
Turkish merchant bar producers have failed to improve their prices even though they face higher raw material prices, notes Kallanish.
On Friday, producers’ official export quotes were pegged mostly at around $615-635/tonne fob Turkey for angles, IPN-UPN sections, flat bars and IPE sections, down from $620-635/t on 5 April.
