Turkish long steel quotes increase amid scrap recovery

Turkish long steel producers have increased their prices this week despite poor export demand. On Thursday, Turkish mills’ official rebar offers were at $600-615/tonne fob Turkey actual weight, up from $595-610/t a week earlier. Offers for mesh-quality wire rod are at $615-630/t fob.
