Turkish HRC exports fall again in April
Turkey's April export dispatches of hot rolled flat steel products under HS code 7208 have fallen again after the March rebound, as the year-to-date volumes equalled last year's, data from the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK) shows.
Turkey shipped 163,631 tonnes of flat hot rolled products in April, down 17.2% on-month and 18.8% on-year, with a January-April total of 639,406t - up by just 0.6% on-year, Kallanish notes.
