Turkey’s Kaptan completes wire rod mill modernisation
Turkish long steel producer Kaptan Celik has issued Primetals with the final acceptance certificate for its wire rod mill modernisation in Marmara Ereğlisi. With an annual capacity of 650,000 tonnes, the facility will process carbon, austenitic stainless steel, and cold heading grades, notes Kallanish.
