Turkey eyes further Peru rebar sales amid challenges
Turkish long steel producers are facing a serious contraction in demand in Israel and Yemen, two major destinations, amid the Gaza war. Given they are trying to offset this with alternative markets, one mill’s rebar and wire rod sales to Peru have been welcomed by the market.
