Tubular prices rise $125/st in US
US mills have renewed their push for higher welded tube pricing, Kallanish learns from several company announcements.
EXLTUBE has increased its A500 and A513 - structural and mechanical - tube product prices by $125/short ton due to “escalating substrate costs, transportation costs, and demand.”
All extant orders will be price-protected through 9 August, the company says.
