TSLP, Vedanta eye wire maker Incab Industries acquisition
Tata Steel Long Products (TSLP), Vedanta Limited and One City Infrastructure have submitted their expression of interest (EOI) to acquire dormant Incab Industries.
The three entities have submitted their EOI in response to a notice issued by the resolution professional (RP) of Incab, appointed by the Calcutta bench of the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Kallanish notes.
